What most folks don't know about the dividend

Before publishing “Part two” of the latest “left for dead” microcap article as well as other updates/ideas (NRP, etc - lots of interesting earnings reports) I wanted to note something that I think investors are missing about our recently-purchased spinoff’s dividend.

Having spoken with multiple investors who own the security, only one was aware of this fact.

As such, it seems extremely likely that the far larger number of retail dividend seekers, commodity theme investors, or quant-type small-cap funds are in the dark on this.
