Small cap with multiple catalysts, 100% upside potential

One business segment is worth more than the current market cap - The other business earns hundreds of millions, valued at zero - CEO plans to unlock value, has a strong track record

One of my favorite things about investing is the ability to invest beside great entrepreneurs before the majority of investors are willing to believe their story.

Serial entrepreneurs often view business through the lens of asset creation and sale - build a valuable asset, and then at the right time sell that asset to a larger industry competitor.

The disconnect occurs because the market (i.e. investors) are often not willing to think this way - perhaps because so much capital is managed based on quantitative factors such as earnings momentum, beats and misses, etc.

This disconnect creates opportunity for investors who are willing to think less like other investors, and more like the entrepreneur who is building the asset.

I believe that is the case here. I believe this stock has clear +100% upside potential over the next several years, if not sooner.
