World class "lowest on cost curve" core asset, huge cash, zero debt, shareholder-controlled, new CEO hired to accelerate value-per-share growth

One of my favorite setups in micro-cap stocks is a company that is just under the threshold of greater institutional awareness with catalysts in place to potentially “boost it up” into relevance. I believe that is the case here.

While I can’t predict energy prices (You will need to have your own viewpoint here), I believe this security has fundamental downside protection as well as substantial upside potential - which is what I look for in an investment.
